Chef Taher Hammad's Zaatar restaurant opened its doors in 2011, with the nostalgia of re-tasting flavors of his favorite street foods from Europe and Asian countries_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_y from the Middle East, he found out about a small bowling alley available in a quiet place in Bellavista and decided to open his own restaurant. Drawing on his years of experience in Europe and his Arab roots, Taher created a menu focused and honest around Middle Eastern and Asian street food with a gourmet twist. The freshness and quality of the ingredients together with the touch of zaatar in the traditional flavors give a new meaning to the concept of fast food.
